When placing an order, the site requests city and phone number; name is optional. Data is used to process the order, communicate about it and operate the wholesale account. Personal data is not published on the website.
If you use photo search, the selected image is processed only to match real products from the catalog. When AI search is configured, the image may be sent to the AI service for this analysis; otherwise matching falls back to locally derived color information. The website does not retain the uploaded photo after the request is processed. Do not upload images containing unnecessary personal or confidential information.
